Parsley Pie
I found this recipe in a Welsh recipes book and it sounds like a Welsh version of a quiche.
Parsley Pie
Line a flan ring with 4oz shortcrust pastry and bake blind for 15mins at 400deg.
Blend together
1 dstp plain flour
2 eggs 1/2 pt milk
seasoning
1tbsp parsley
Bacon or chopped cold ham
Place the bacon on the pastry base and pour over the egg mixture. Bake in a moderate oven(375deg F) for about 30mins. Serve hot or cold.
